MeetTheTable provides informational tools, AI-powered analytics, and data visualizations. Nothing on this Platform is legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time fee, depending on the plan you choose.

  • You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing prices.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Break any law or regulation.
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute our data or content without permission.
  • Upload or transmit malware or harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

5. No Guarantees on Accuracy

The Platform is provided as-is. We work hard to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that:

  • AI predictions or processing time estimates will be correct.
  • Visa bulletin data will always be up to date.
  • The Platform will be available without interruption.

Immigration outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Always verify important information directly with USCIS or a licensed attorney.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, MeetTheTable is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the Platform.

This includes, for example, losses caused by relying on an AI prediction or a delayed case status update.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are significant. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
