1. What We Collect

We collect two types of information:

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, USCIS receipt numbers, and filing dates when you create an account or add a case.
  • Information we generate — case analytics, AI interaction logs, and general usage patterns as you use the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to run and improve MeetTheTable. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Show you your case status and AI-powered timeline estimates.
  • Match your case with similar cases in our anonymized cohort data.
  • Send you alerts about policy changes that may affect your case.
  • Process your subscription payments securely.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

3. How We Protect Your Data

We take security seriously. Here is what we do to keep your data safe:

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
  • All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
  • Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • We maintain audit logs and conduct regular security reviews.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days.

You can also request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication and to keep you logged in between visits. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Export — download your data in a portable format.
  • Delete — ask us to remove your account and all associated data.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
